Obituary: Tim Aaron, Class of 1983

Tim AaronTimothy James Aaron, 49, of Shippenville, died early Sunday morning, May 26, 2013, in Crawford County, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born Jan. 31, 1964, in Brookville Hospital, he was the son of Mary Jean Kirkpatrick Aaron of Shippenville and the late Clifford Thomas Aaron.

Tim was a graduate of the Western PA School for the Deaf. He was currently employed at Clarion University as summer help and formerly worked at the United States Post Office in Warren.

He was raised in the Catholic faith.

Tim was a member of the Fryburg Sportsman’s Club, Clarion County Rod and Gun Club and the Knox America Legion. He was an avid fisherman and Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan. He loved his dogs, Bobby, Jesse and Honey.

Survivors include his mother, Mary Jean Aaron; one brother, Lance Aaron of Warren; two sisters, Barbara Noel and her husband, Joe, of Hanover; Beverly Myers and her husband, Tim, of Knox; one nephew, Justin Brumbaugh and his wife, Laura; two nieces, Keri Bailey and Rebecca Aaron and two great nieces and a great nephew Alyssa, Cameron and Gavin.

In addition to his father, Tim was preceded in death by his grandparents and three uncles.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc., 430 Mendenhall Avenue, Knox.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 30, 2013 in the funeral home with the Reverend Karen Parsh officiating over the service.
