Operation ASL Story Time

As coronavirus pandemic spread across the global, especially in United States, we, the people stayed at our homes to stay safe and stay healthy.  A lot of deaf kids are isolated at home right without linguistic access. Most Deaf women joined into the bandwagon videos of Operation ASL Story Time to share ASL book stories, those has spread across the social networking on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.  Bobbie Jo (Kite) Herbold, WPSD Class of 1999 and Tracey (Tasselli) Boyes, WPSD Class of 2001 shares their ASL stories based on the book respectively, “It’s Okay to be Different” and “This book just ate my dog” respectively. This ASL stories have inspired the deaf community, especially kids and our WPSD Alumnus.
