Sarah Ann Cramer, 78, of Palmyra, formerly North Strabane Twp., died Sunday, May 20, 2018 in the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital in Lebanon, PA.

She was born October 28, 1939 in Phillipsburg, a daughter of Lee and Margaret Baxter Adams.

Mrs. Cramer attended the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf in Edgewood.

She enjoyed shopping, sewing and her dogs.

Spending time with her family, whether at home or on vacation, was most important to her.

On May 4, 1957, she married Robert E. Cramer who passed away, June 11, 2008.

Sarah is survived by a daughter, Margaret M. Haughwout and her husband John with whom she resided in Palmyra; two sons, Rick A. Cramer and his wife Laura of Natick, MA and Steven A. Cramer of Gibston, FL; seven grandchildren, Robert Cramer (Ally), Jason Cramer (Etta), Ashley Murphy (David), Steven Cramer, Kaitlin Haughwout, Joshua Haughwout (Kristy) and Leah Haughwout (fiancé Ryan Tyner); ten greatgrandchildren, Isabella, Evelyn, Issac, Grayson and Emmaliah Cramer, Isla and Atticus Murphy and Jude, Ellie and Joah Haughwout; a sister, Gail Cregut of Houston; and many nieces and nephews.

Deceased are a brother, Lewis “Tubby” Adams; and four sisters, Margaret Andy, Marjorie Plute, Norma Raymond and Janice Greely.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Wednesday, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 24, 2018with Pastor Todd Stemple officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
