Carol died at her home on Saturday, November 25th. She had been hospitalized for several weeks following surgery.
Carol started teaching at WPSD in September 1967 and taught cooking and sewing. She retired from WPSD in 1989. She worked WPSD for twenty-two years.
To my knowledge, Carol was currently our oldest living retiree at the age of 97. Carol attended as many WPSD retiree luncheons as she could. She was a wonderful lady who was always full of life and will definitely be missed by many of her WPSD friends and former co-workers.
