Frederick C. Roadarmel Jr., 61, of Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026, in Pittsburgh.
He was born on Sept. 16, 1964, in Indiana, to Frederick C. and Millicent (Nicholson) Roadarmel.
Fred graduated from the Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf and spent his career at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the maintenance department. Fred was a lifelong Christian who enjoyed cars, being in nature, sharing stories and jokes as well as riding bicycles.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth M. (McKenzie) Roadarmel; his sons, Robert C. (Mariem) Roadarmel, of Wisconsin, and Kevin C. Roadarmel, Aaron C. Roadarmel and Gregory C. Roadarmel, all of Indiana; and sisters Sandra (Rick) Elkin and Cynthia (Robert) Uher.
At Fred’s request, all services were private and had been entrusted to the care of the Donahue Tylinski Funeral Home Inc. (formerly Bowser-Minich). Burial was held in Oakland Cemetery, Indiana.
