Heather K., 36, Carrolltown, died May 10, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.
Born July 28, 1973, in Johnstown, the daughter of Karen (Dunlap) and Andrew Rhody of Carrolltown, and William R. Lenz, Duncansville. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Felix and Clare (Sharbaugh) Dunlap; paternal grandparents, Elmer and Marie Lenz; cousin, Jenny Dunlap; and aunt, Bernadine Dunlap.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by sisters, Mellany (Mike) Armstrong, Havertown, and Tammy (Tom) Maurer, Idleyld Park, Ore.; brothers, Bill (Anne) Lenz, Virginia Beach, Va.; Chuck (Angela) Lenz, Cresson; and Joseph Rhody, Carrolltown; grandparents, Dick and Grace Rhody, Patton; numerous aunts and uncles; and 10 nieces and nephews.
Heather was baptized at St. Benedict Catholic Church, Carrolltown. She will be sadly missed by the members and staff of the Skills Community at 700 Powell Avenue, Cresson. Private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
